On May 9th, the first double-beam, double-head belt-supported laser blanking line in Changchun, Jilin Province was successfully shipped from Kudi No.2 Machine. This project, for a customer in the automotive parts industry, is complex and has high technical requirements. The company, after fully communicating with the customer, developed a double-beam, double-head laser cutting solution. This solution uses two 4000W laser cutting machines and servo feeding machines provided by our company. It can cut raw materials with a thickness of 0.3-3.0mm and a width of 300-1800mm. The maximum size of the finished product is 2300-1800mm. Coupled with the bus control system independently developed by Kudi No.2 Machine, after the equipment is put into operation, it can significantly improve the raw material utilization rate and production efficiency, while also having good cutting quality.

Since its launch, the company's flagship product, CEP001 (belt-supported laser blanking production line), has been widely recognized by customers in industries with high surface quality requirements for hot-formed parts, such as automobiles, aluminum products, and stainless steel products. This is due to its highly automated production, high stability, non-destructive cutting (ensuring that the workpiece surface is not scratched, free of slag, not blackened, and dust-free), and high return on investment. This product has been delivered to customers at Tier 1 suppliers of automotive brands such as Baosteel, Nissan, FAW, GAC, and Wuling. The company also has multiple orders for 1850mm multi-head cutting machines for the automotive industry currently under production.

As the first belt-supported laser blanking line in Changchun, Jilin Province, the company attaches great importance to this project. Under the pressure of tight deadlines, large workloads, and strict technical standards, the company focused on design, production, quality inspection, and project services, successfully completing the design and manufacturing of the equipment. To ensure timely and high-quality delivery of the unit to customers, all employees of the Kudi No.2 Machine production department worked overtime during the first weekend after the May Day holiday to prepare for the equipment's departure, including protection, packing, and inventory, ensuring the safe arrival of the goods at the customer's site.
