On May 9th, the first double-beam, double-head belt-supported laser cutting line in Changchun, Jilin Province was successfully shipped from Kudi Erji. This project, for a customer in the automotive parts industry, is complex and has high technical requirements. After thorough communication with the customer, our company developed a double-beam, double-head laser cutting solution. This solution uses two 4000W laser cutting machines and servo feeding machines provided by our company. It can cut raw materials with a thickness of 0.3-3.0mm and a width of 300-1800mm, with a maximum finished product size of 2300-1800mm. Coupled with the bus control system independently developed by Kudi Erji, after the equipment is put into operation, it can significantly improve raw material utilization rate and production efficiency, while also ensuring good cutting quality.
